Flor de Caña a premium rum brand under the PMA umbrella, approached Reef to concept, produce and staff a brand-sponsored VIP lounge experience at Canada’s biggest country music festival, Boots and Heart.
The Festival’s VIP area was transformed by the Reef Agency team into a Flor de Caña sponsored lounge area that featured VIP sampling bars, an ice luge, and premium seating. Guests were treated to three speciality cocktails including the Flor Ginger (rum mixed with ginger ale), Tropical Flor Punch (rum, coconut water and pineapple juice) and Guava Fizz (rum, guava juice and soda). Our goal was to align the Flor de Caña VIP experience with the reputation of Boots and Hearts – the best festival on the planet, hands down. We elevated the experience by recruiting, managing and supplying superstar brand ambassadors. This crew engaged with festival goers, started conversations and handed out drink tickets and samples to bring more awareness of the Flor de brand.
Behind the scenes, the Reef Team managed the build for the VIP sampling bar and ice luge, from scratch.
Our team liaised with the team at Boots and Hearts to ensure we were stayed in compliance and worked around their schedule to ensure our client’s campaign launched as smoothly as possible. This included handling logistic tasks like load in, installation, maintenance and load-out.
Our goal was to offer exceptional service to our client. That meant delivering, the deliverables were done on time and on budget, guaranteeing premium quality that is standard on everything we do.
